Event tickets and registrations
Refunds for event tickets are subject to the refund policy stated on the relevant event page.
Unless otherwise specified, the standard refund policy for Acoustic Guitar Weekends events is:

Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before the event

50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the event

No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event

Transfers and substitutions
If you are unable to attend an event, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person, subject to approval.

Event cancellation or changes by us
If an event is cancelled by Acoustic Guitar Weekends, you will be offered:

A credit towards a future Acoustic Guitar Weekends event
If an event is rescheduled or materially changed (such as dates or location), and you are unable to attend the revised event, you may request a refund or credit.
Digital products and downloads
Digital products (including downloadable content or digital tickets) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless required by law.
Merchandise (if applicable)
If physical merchandise is sold, refunds or replacements are provided only where items are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Proof of purchase is required, and claims must be made within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Processing times vary by payment provider but typically occur within 5–10 business days.
Sale or discounted tickets
